I firmly believe in the home's power to establish an enduring foundation—a legacy—for the generations. This is why marrying families to their perfect homes is my passion. As a child growing up on the lower socioeconomic side of Charleston, just a mile or two from the historic Rainbow Row and The Battery, I developed a fancy for the splendor and elegance of the city of Charleston and its 19th-century mansions. Riding my bike past these stately homes daily, I was in awe of their prestige, the history they had seen, and the memories they stewarded.

Years later, when deciding on a business name that reflected my values, I realized that that legacy had to be at the forefront of what I stood for and could help my clients establish.

Splendor of Charleston was born!

My mission is to set doubt on fire by helping my clients overcome the common anxieties surrounding the real estate process and understand their buying power. And making the impossible happen is my forte.

My journey from a single mother of 4 struggling to provide for my family and save enough money to rent an apartment to becoming an empowered homeowner with equity has dramatically influenced my approach to real estate. It gave me the drive to represent the interests of those who know what they want and need a little knowledge and motivation to get there.

The best part of my job is helping clients—particularly first-time home buyers and our community heroes who are first responders, serving in the military, members of law enforcement, providers of healthcare, and involved in education—overcome every obstacle so they can achieve their dream of homeownership and build equity for their future.

Whether it is concerns about credit, financing, or income constraints, mortgage applications, or locating the perfect neighborhood, finding answers, and making the complex simple is where I thrive.

And providing education into every aspect of the real estate process—always with honesty, accessibility, and a dose of good humor—through my monthly Homebuyer Education Celebration event, relationship building is my guiding light.
