Giving her time and best efforts to help others has always been embedded in Felicia’s DNA. This passion and penchant for advocacy has evidenced itself in her long career as a licensed Realtor, and in the noble profession of nursing, both of which she embraced wholeheartedly.

A native and lifelong resident of Charleston, SC, Felicia grew up Downtown in Ansonborough off of East Bay and Calhoun, and has lived in North Charleston for the past 15 years. She loves sharing her intimate knowledge of the market with her clients, and often tells her inspiring personal story of how she went from renting to owning a home, which resonates with first-time buyers.
